Sunday School
Our youth classes are split in two groups, middle school and high school; Eddie and Anissa Minatra teach the high school students, and Keith and Robyn Jones teach the middle school students. All of our teachers offer great encouragement and leadership for our youth. The youth at Clearfork are very gifted, and are continually busy with learning, fellowship, and service activities.
Wednesday Night
Wednesday Nights usually begin with a game; these games can range from "Human Tic-Tac-Toe" to "Anatomy Bingo". This time is followed by worship and Bible study. Our Bible study is a very open and discussion-oriented time where the youth are encouraged to offer questions and participate in group discussion. Youth Group on Wednesday night is open to anyone in the 6th - 12th grade.
Special Events
Disciple Now - DNOW is an amazing time in the life of our youth group each year. Students are grouped together by age group and spend the weekend studying God's word as well as participating in fun activities. DNOW will be coming in early spring. All forms will be available at the church as well as the HISD offices.
Student Evangelism Conference - SEC is a two-day conference devoted to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. For more information check out SEC.
MFUGE Summer Camp - Two summers ago the youth group attended Lifeway's MFUGE Camp in Glorietta, New Mexico. This past summer they attended MFUGE at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Look for a new location coming next summer. All youth are welcome. For more information about Fuge camps check out MFUGE.
